How Replier handles your data
Replier collects only the account, purchase, usage, and message data needed to provide reply generation, subscriptions, history, account recovery, and service reliability.
What we collect
We collect the text, prompts, clarifications, and related context you submit for reply generation, draft improvement, and summaries.
We collect account and technical data such as an anonymous installation identifier, linked email address when you add one, authentication state, app version, platform, subscription status, and rewarded-ad usage counters.
We also store local history, plan state, and quota information on your device so recent sessions, free usage, and subscription access can persist between app launches.
How we use data
We use submitted content to generate replies, summaries, and related writing assistance features inside the app.
We use account, purchase, and usage data to restore purchases, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, support account recovery, and maintain product reliability and security.
We may use limited operational and diagnostic information to monitor performance, investigate errors, and improve the service experience.
Where data goes
App data may be processed by third-party service providers that support the product experience, such as Supabase for authentication and storage, Apple for in-app purchases, AI model and infrastructure providers for reply generation, and analytics or crash-reporting tools if enabled.
If rewarded ads are enabled, Google AdMob or related ad partners may receive device, identifier, and ad-delivery data in accordance with their own policies, platform rules, and any required consent flows.
Some providers may process data in countries other than your own as part of operating the service.
Retention and deletion
Local history remains on your device until you clear it from the app or remove the app.
Server-side records may be retained for account integrity, fraud prevention, purchase verification, security, legal compliance, and service operations for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
You can clear local history, reset local quota-related data, and restore purchases from within the app. For account or server-side deletion requests, contact support using the details below.
Your choices
You can choose how much message context you submit to the service.
You can avoid linking an email unless you want account recovery or related account features.
You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or third-party data unless you are authorized to do so.

Replier is not directed to children under 13.
